Structure:

Complete modular design, including steel furnace shell, heating zone composite insulation screen, heating belt (rod), high speed air duct, high power motor with fan, high efficiency gas heat exchanger, thermal expansion system, vacuum system, cooling water system, electrical control system.

The charging pressure is 1.0mpa (pressure), and the charging pressure can be adjusted continuously between 0.2-1.0mpa. There are two kinds of graphite furnace and metal furnace, graphite heater and molybdenum belt heater.
